COVID-19 Protocol

I work hard to provide a safe space for both your physical and mental health. A part of that is maintaining and following safe COVID-19 protocols. Please read the following closely.

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please notify me as soon as possible as your session will be required to either be rescheduled or conducted via telehealth.

Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours:

  • fever or chills

  • cough

  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • fatigue

  • muscle or body aches

  • headache

  • new loss of taste or smell

  • sore throat

  • congestion or runny nose

  • nausea or vomiting

  • diarrhea

Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a cumulative total of 15 minutes) with:

  • Anyone who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19?

  • OR

  • Anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?

Do you have a pending COVID-19 test?

Have you traveled outside of New England in the last 14 days?

Masks are required for the duration of the session. If this is an issue, your session will need to be conducted via telehealth.

Upon entry to the office building, you will be required to have your temperature taken. If your temperature is above 100.4, it will be taken again. If it does not go down your appointment will be rescheduled or conducted via telehealth.
